Nicholas Peterson, 34, is charged with attempting to capture an intimate representation without consent, invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct. According to the criminal complaint, as the victim was getting undressed she looked up and saw a phone over the wall. The victim said she got dressed and took off running out of the building. The complaint says a few minutes later Peterson came to the front of the salon to cancel his membership. The victim told police Peterson likely used a chair in the room to reach over the nine-foot dividing wall. The wall does not go all the way to the ceiling. When police spoke to Peterson he said this was the first time he had ever done something like this. He also told authorities he did not take any pictures or video. Police asked Peterson why he put his phone over the wall then, and Peterson asked if it really mattered. Peterson admitted to police he had a sex addiction and then said it was basically a porn addiction.

CBS 58 -- Eau Claire Police are investigating after an unusual shoplifting incident at a Walmart involving a woman, her son and a dog. According to police they were called to the store Wednesday evening and told a woman and her dog had taken items from the store. When police arrived they found the year-old woman screaming and trying to catch her dog "Bo".
Their dog chipped in, too. Investigators said the dog is named Bo. Smith allegedly brought Bo into the store without a leash, so he easily ditched his owner and started running up to unsuspecting customers. While Bo was doing that, Smith began tearing apart store displays and placing them in her shopping cart, police said. Walmart staff asked her to leave, and she complied. Police said she left the store to perform karate moves in the parking lot. Bo, on the other hand, had not been brought to heel. By the time anyone found him, he was on his way out of the store with a box of Jiffy cornbread muffin mix in his mouth. She allegedly kicked out a patrol car window when they finally got her in custody.
